A licensed technician will conduct a thorough inspection of your property to identify the species of ant and locate nesting sites. We’ll look for: Trails along walls, baseboards, and countertops, Moisture sources or entry points, Nests in soil, wall voids, or near foundations
After inspection, we’ll develop a custom treatment plan based on the ant type such as carpenter ants, odorous house ants, or pavement ants — for the most effective results.

Ant Treatment
Our ant treatments focus on eradicating the entire colony, not just surface activity. We use a combination of: Non-repellent insecticides that ants carry back to the colony, spreading it to others including the queen, Baiting systems strategically placed indoors and outdoors, Targeted perimeter treatments to block entry points and nesting areas

Prevention & Exclusion
Once the ants are eliminated, we take steps to ensure they don’t return. Our team will: Seal cracks and gaps around doors, windows, and foundations, Identify and reduce moisture sources that attract ants, Recommend ongoing sanitation and prevention measures e.t.c.
These preventive actions help maintain an ant-free environment long after the initial treatment.

Follow-Up & Monitoring
For continued protection, we offer follow-up visits to monitor the treated areas and ensure the infestation has been completely resolved.
If any activity is detected, we’ll re-treat promptly at no additional cost under your service plan.
Ant Control Warranty
We back our work with a 90-day ant control warranty. If ants return during this period, Johnson Exterminating Service LLC will provide re-inspection and re-treatment free of charge.
For year-round protection, we also offer comprehensive pest control programs that include ant prevention along with coverage for other common household pests like spiders, roaches, and rodents.
